DONATIONS.  ICAA is a non-profit organization run by volunteers who care about the Appaloosa Breed and the goal of producing future Purebred Appaloosa horses.  Our rates are very inexpensive and we wish to keep them that way for our members.  However, the cost of doing business is high and goes up every year.  Donations are always very much appreciated.  No convenience fees have been added, however Paypal will charge us their fees. Quantity may be changed in the shopping cart to total different amounts than what are listed.  Top form may or may not be filled out and submitted.

ICAA offers the option of paying fees online though Paypal vs sending a check through the mail. This option will allow you to pay through your Paypal account or through Paypal with your credit card  


Because we do have to pay Paypal a fee to use this feature, we have added a very nominal "convenience fee" to the regular prices.

Exceptions: All forms are now fillable and most can be emailed as an attachment.  The form below may be foregone if the fillable forms are submitted at the same time as the work is paid for.  


If the form below or a fillable form is not submitted at the same time as payment, work will not be processed.  The information is mandatory to record your work!

MEMBERSHIP is $15 per year and runs from January 1st to December 31st. Applications submitted from October to December will be good when received but applied to the following year. This is a bonus for new members.  The form listed at the top of this page must be filled out and submitted for your membership to be recorded with your payment OR a Membership Application must be submitted via email at the same time as payment.

REGISTRATION FOR PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED HORSES (ApHC, ApHCC, or other per rules) is $20 each. Registration Application(s) are fillable and may be sent via email as an attachment. The form at the top of this page must be filled out OR the Registration Application must be submitted via email at the same time as payment. 

TRANSFER.  A Transfer Report, in most cases, will not be sent via email as the original Certificate of Registration must be mailed via snail mail for the transfer to be completed and the original signature, in most cases, is required! Transfers are fillable and may be sent via email as an attachment IF a digital signature is used AND the Transfer Report is sent from an email address we have on file for the owner. The form at the top of this page MUST be filled in and submitted unless special circumstances dictate that the Transfer Report is being emailed at the same time as this payment.  


NOTE: This Online Payment option for Transfers is only beneficial to those who are paying separately (such as when the seller sends in the Certificate of Registration for the buyer) or if a person would rather pay online than write a check to send with the paperwork.

REGISTRATION FOR A HERD OF PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED HORSES (ApHC, ApHCC, or other per rules) is $10 each.  A herd consists of 15 or more horses being registered at the same time. Quantity in Shopping Cart must be 15 or more for work to be processed at this rate (may be combined with Horses Not Previously Registered for Herd rate).  Registration Application(s) are fillable and may be sent via email as an attachment. The form at the top of this page must be filled out OR the Registration Applications must be submitted via email at the same time as payment.
